I continue to be dumbfounded by the amount of positive reviews. That has not been my experience. We have been working together for over 9 weeks. There's no way that we will meet the expectation of publishing in 90-days. And to be clear...I have responded within 24 hours everytime they have asked for something except once. I am a very direct, results-oriented person and holding their feet to the fire. I am now working with my third project lead. I am hoping this person can get things going but the first deliverable was clunky, incomplete, and just using my thoughts. I'm not paying them to design my thoughts. I'm paying them to be experts and execute. You asking for feedback and me giving it is not directive. You just doing what my thoughts are is not you being an expert. I am remaining hopeful that I can come back and change this review. After all, what matters in the end is results! Frustrations will be worth it if we blow this out of the park! We shall see if that happens and happens timely!
