“DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO WITH THEM. They are scammers!! Everything they have made doesn't actually work including their costly website. They are incredibly incompetent and unprofessional. They have priced by book at 2.99 USD when I explicitly told them to price it for 19.99 kindle and 29.99 hard copy. This "mistake" happened over a month ago and they still refuse to fix it. This is not even a rookie mistake but an ominous warning that they are incompetent. The website they made for my book DOES NOT WORK even though I paid them thousands of dollars. They exploited me even though they knew I had written a genocide story. It takes a special kind of evil to scam someone for writing a genocide story. They string you along, tell you it will get done next week which never comes. Their "workers" mysteriously only last last about a month before they disappear. This happened regularly. I urge all of their victims to report them to visa for fraud. Trust me it works :) I am still waiting for a full refund from them for the website that doesn't actually work. Trust the negative reviews. The positive ones are fake-- created by the company to lure people in. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY, SANITY, TIME ETC.”

They developed a trade book campaign as part of their book marketing strategy, and they succeeded in getting numerous big bookshops to carry my book, which greatly increased sales for me.”

“Editors don't edit. I had to edit the editors. Illustrators change too much. Character illustrations are inconsistent. . I requested refund and still have not received. It's been 60 days. When trying to speak with someone, you can't. I don't recommend this company. If I could give a zero stars, I would.”

“They cannot follow the simplest orders that a 5 year old can follow. They put the wrong price for my book and refuse to fix it. They are very pushy and exploitative. They don't do anything. I suspect all the positive reviews are fake. They are scammers.”
