“I would not use this company. I edited the editing. Art work was horrible. Characters were not the same in first 7 pages. Guarantee money back. They don’t refund your money back. The company was out of compliance in completing. I paid for and sent in my 2nd book, they never did any work on it. I’ve been waiting since January 2024 for refund. There’s a contract they don’t stick to. I’m retired so losing $10,000 is a lot for me. I can’t afford an attorney on the other side of the country.”

“I continue to be dumbfounded by the amount of positive reviews. That has not been my experience. We have been working together for over 9 weeks. There's no way that we will meet the expectation of publishing in 90-days. And to be clear...I have responded within 24 hours everytime they have asked for something except once. I am a very direct, results-oriented person and holding their feet to the fire. I am now working with my third project lead. I am hoping this person can get things going but the first deliverable was clunky, incomplete, and just using my thoughts. I'm not paying them to design my thoughts. I'm paying them to be experts and execute. You asking for feedback and me giving it is not directive. You just doing what my thoughts are is not you being an expert. I am remaining hopeful that I can come back and change this review. After all, what matters in the end is results! Frustrations will be worth it if we blow this out of the park! We shall see if that happens and happens timely!”

“Lies, lies and more lies...But justice is coming. They are a scam outfit. They have a pretty realistic-looking website though, and have a nice, high-class address: 5670 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036 AND 333 W Broadway San Diego, CA 92101. They are NOT located there, as confirmed by the management company: Rockhill Management. They promised again, and again to offer a full refund...they will not do it. I was treated horribly and was disrespected beyond belief. And when I said no to paying $85,000 to have a website designed and to have my book(s) made into blockbuster movies, "Bob" became very upset. That was when I began to get that bad feeling…like being ripped off. And guess what? I'm being ripped off! Now, I have made a formal complaint, and they are now under investigation by the Federal Trade Commission. If you're a writer and want something published on Amazon, just do it yourself. It's way too easy to get your banking information and other details about you. If you're a writer and want something published on Amazon, just do it yourself, or go through Fiverr to have it done for way less $$$$$. It's way too easy for a scammer to get your banking information on Amazon, and other details about you. Just don't do it. I was practically laughed at when I showed them the book cover that was made for me and insulted again and again. Now, I have a thick skin, but this is extremely poor behaviour, and NOT appreciated in any way or respect. All I want is a refund, but they say no...Lets see what a judge says. As a writer, YOU don’t have to be treated this way.”

“I cannot recommend Bluemount Publishers. From my experience with them, their competency, professionalism, communication and ability to follow through on their promises are all very poor to non-existent. It has been nothing but disappointment, hassle and delay from them. I very much regret hiring them.”

“Editors don't edit. I had to edit the editors. Illustrators change too much. Character illustrations are inconsistent. . I requested refund and still have not received. It's been 60 days. When trying to speak with someone, you can't. I don't recommend this company. If I could give a zero stars, I would.”

“They cannot follow the simplest orders that a 5 year old can follow. They put the wrong price for my book and refuse to fix it. They are very pushy and exploitative. They don't do anything. I suspect all the positive reviews are fake. They are scammers.”

“I cant recommend this company by my experiences. This has been too frustration for me. I was promised the world and received zilch. The printed copys that were promised are not sent when promised and nothing happens.”
