I like Bodum products. However, when I ordered something in error and wanted to return it, I received no response from them. I sent e-mails, left many messages at one 800 number, called another 800 number on their "how to complete a return website" and only received recordings saying either they wouldn't accept calls from my calling area or recordings promoting Medicare Advantage programs. Without any response from them other than "we'll get back to you", I have given up. Their customer service is non-existent. Don't order from them. If you must, purchase Bodum products through a third party provider - perhaps this is their customer service goal - satisfying their customers is not their customer service goal.
