For what it's worth, this was a very pleasant and rewarding experience. I don't really have the time or "sweaty player" demeanor, so I can't compete in dungeons or arena against high Raider IO scores, and the one shot combos in arena. Definitely worth doing every so often, when things are just not dropping or queuing.
