“All good but it took about +8h for someone to join the Chat. 3 Stars Edit: After I wrote the review, support contacted me and asked me about my experience with the service. I explained my case to them and they fully understood and offered me a voucher. They explained to me why the service took so long and have apologized for this. That is what I expect from a good customer service which is why I am updating my review to 5 stars.”
