“Did an order for Heroic Raid, with +20 / 7 items. There was only one other class that was in my tier set group. Raid started a bit late, and there were a lot of wipes for a heroic, but they got the clear done, and shared all the loot. From start time, took about 3h15m to clear. Felt more like a mythic run than a heroic one.”

“To be honest, this is my first slightly negative review. I asked to farm for 3 items i was struggling with finding. IF there was time left, to them farm nightmare dungeons with my Barb. What happened was the driver just farmed nightmare dungeons with my barb..... not what i asked for. So dissapointed review im afraid.”

“The run was good and completed, but why the team who ran us through got the gear drops i don’t understand. The whole point of doing it was to get gear and 9/9 complete, i definitely don’t recommend if you want gear because you won’t get it but for bragging rights on completion it’s good. I won’t be buying again seeing how the guild who ran us through took the gear and left. 3/10 rating”

“Everything went well I bit it 3/4’s of the way in a totally amateur move on my part I was a little confused at end when I was rez’d everyone was gone I did get shoulders out of it Not sure if I did something wrong or if My expectations where to high thinking I would get a few PCs of loot other than that went well good peeps will definitely try it again”

Hello! Thank you for your detailed review. You ordered Sylvanas Windrunner kill in normal mode. All single bosses, including Sylvanas, are done only with personal loot mode, meaning that you have only your own ~20% chance of getting a piece of gear from the boss. Additional loot traders are only available with ordering full raid run. This is an additional option that costs extra. It means that we will be adding well-geared players that match your armor type for the whole 10/10 run. These players will give you all tradeable loot they receive during the run. For the US region, such loot traders are available at the start of the new reset (usually Tuesday-Wednesday) when our team has a fresh lockout for the raid. “cleared 9/10 hc pretty fast after purchase, but giving 3star because clearing sylvanas wasn't done at scheduled time. have understanding for the overtuning of the raid but schedule is a schedule”
