Two stars for quick response, but my last experience was not the exceptional service I've had in the past. The rest of the stars I deducted from poor communication with the pilot who did not inform me before they logged into my account and didn't tell me when they were finished with the requested achievement. Buttons from my action bar went missing and they left my character wherever they happened to be when they logged off.

Nothing wrong with the site but my boost this time was a tad disappointing. It was done but took the booster way longer than was told to me. Originally said 30 minutes then didn't ask for login information until an hour and a half after that then didn't even start until the next day, 13 hours after the first 30 minute response. Just a tad saddening haven't had that happen with boosthive until now.

Paid, but didn't get the service or timeframe I signed up for. Customer service issued a refund and then later worked me in for a run free of charge. A few weeks later I decided to do another purchase, they again moved my time by a few hours and I was unable to complete the service. If you are on timeframes do not use Boosthive, what they advertise and what they deliver are two different things.

They have been responsive so I will give them 2 stars. They killed my character, renamed the new one and changed the appearance and started levelling it without ever mentioning it to me. I brought up the fact that I would like them to start over with the proper name and they have not touched my account since then. This service is rather disheartening.

Very bad customer service from the teams. You don't get healed just left to die even if you are geared (I'm 439ilvl) & doing mechanics. Was very disappointing to basically miss 1/2 the raid dying to standard AoE raid-wide dmg & just occasional AoE heals. I Totally get that the main group is the Priority but I've used other services & you don't get left totally to yourself. If I was under geared & messing up mechanics I'd understand but that was just a boring, unfriendly run. The M+17 was even worse - we wiped on something early on (tank over pulled) & when we released they took a skip saying nothing (they didn't speak to me at all the whole time pretty much & even tho' they spoke English) & when I died trying to get to them & was with-in reach of a res they ignored me & did the whole dungeon without me!! Again if I was a liability I'd get it but I run 15,16,17+ no problems but they just wouldn't stop for a 10seconds so I could join the dungeon?!

Booked a timed run, as retri pld, my dps was same as the boost people in the Dungeon, didnt time freehold 20 two times in a row. Performance of few people werent good. Lost tyrannic intime key, but got a fortified key next week…. Better than nothing but the tyrannic would be better. Overall without my dps in the dungeon it wouldnt be intime all runs includ the fortified run. Boosthive service was fast and good but lacking Performance Greetings

I’ll be brutally honest, the groups were great. When they were all present. They seem to be double stacking so the groups split into two and then everything is just.. slow, we had two 20 minute breaks as the groups went and did the other bosses and all In alll it was a bad experience. I won’t be using them again whilst they do things this way.

Hello, Our managers tried to contact you several times to find out the reasons why you were unhappy with our services. We've also conducted our own investigation to see the reasons why you were unsatisfied with the boost. And to be completely honest with everybody here, we've found none. Let's provide more evidence. You purchased several mythic+ keys without the "in timer guarantee" option. Your runs had started right after the purchase and were completed within the estimated completion time. Hello, Thank you for your review. We've conducted an internal investigation to find out the reasons why you were unhappy with our service. And to be completely honest with everybody here, we've found none. Let's provide some evidence. In your review you stated, that the run took longer than expected. We requested the screenshots from our raid leader and checked all of them. Your Sepulcher of the First Ones heroic run started at 11:00 CET (as scheduled). First boss was down at 11:20 CET, and last boss Jailer was defeated at 13:46 CET. That results in 2 hr 46 minutes for the whole run! I guess everybody here can agree that this is quite a fast completion especially for the new raid that is out only 4 weeks. Only 160 guilds have even defeated the Jailer in heroic mode. Moreover, the duration of the boost is clearly visible on our site in product description - from 3 to 4 hours, so your order was finished even below the estimate completion time described in the service! We really hope that you choose not to ignore the evidence of fast completion. However, if you have something to say or experienced some difficulties with our service or misunderstanding happened, please contact us in any possible way. We would like to hear your feedback in a more detailed form to understand what you are dissatisfied with. Our managers already forwarded you an e-mail message as well. enough disappointed. i was a good client and after a complete heroic raid, I saw the chef belly 6 items he had collected rather than data … I had only 1 object for a complete rush. very bad mentality and not commercial. very disappointing.

Hello, Thank you for your review! We would like to notice that the customer purchased the Sanctum of Domination heroic run with personal loot mode. That means he has ~15-20% chance to loot an item from each boss, resulting in 1-2 items on average from the full clear. Plus he will be getting an additional Great Vault reward at the end of the week. Personal loot run DOES NOT guarantee any certain amount of items. We are happy if the client gets more loot, but we have zero control over it because it purely depends on the customer's luck. This information is clearly stated on our website in the service description. People who are getting items in the raid besides you are: 1) other customers; 2) loot-traders assigned to other buyers (who purchased loot-trading option), they are not allowed to trade gear to anybody else besides the customer they are attached to. We have loot traders available all week for the purchase. If the customer wants to order a run with traders, he needs to select an exact amount of players before the purchase (additional payment). After the purchase, we will happily assign our loot traders to you before the run and they will give you all tradeable items from this particular sell run. However, that was not the case here, as the run was bought with personal loot mode. While we are always on the customer's side, we do not completely understand the negative side of this review, as the run was started on time and completed within the estimated timeframes. Everything was done according to the descriptions on our websiteб. And random in-game drop is not something for which the Boosthive team should be blamed. So Boosthive send me an email to give an review. I bough an lvl 30 to 60 boost in NewWorld with high express bonus. I got contactet really quick after paying my order. (about 10 minutes after i ordered) After 4 more hours there was an login check for the account. So now its already 24h after the order and the boost did not startet yet. So there is 2 stars for the fast contact. i will update my review later :)
