Did not get the boost I asked for and waited two days for it. The first booster didn’t even know what game he was doing the boost for and tried to do sketch stuff on the side. Instead of provide the boost paid for they tried to change the order. First time I have ever been disappointed by them.

Ordered 3 times from this service and experienced nothing but issues with the scheduling system. On the third order, attempted to get a refund by contacting the email provided on the refund page. They gave me the run-around asking that I then join their Discord to discuss things further. I don't even want my money back anymore after that. I'll just take it as a loss and just want this trash service out of my inbox.

I've had used boosthive multiple times in the past, but this was the worst experience i had. I asked the customer chat before buying the service and they mentioned the boost can start in 15~30 minutes. But I had to wait more than 15 hours for the boost to start. After that, eventhough I clarified about the duration, it took double the time I was told. the whole process took about 3 days, eventhough I was expecting it to finish in 1 day. This experience has completely put me off using boosthive in the future.

Booster logged me out of shuffle then proceeded to use my conq points to purchase wrong gear. They also reset my whole interface, settings and macros without putting them back. Everything was in russian. Avoid these lazy boosters.

I was a long-time customer, but my recent experience has been deeply disappointing, indicating a significant decline in their service quality. The customer support, which was once prompt and helpful, has now become notably poor. On several occasions, their slow response times, often stretching to hours, rendered their assistance useless as the boost sessions were already over. A particularly disheartening incident was an incomplete heroic raid, for which I received neither compensation nor any response to my follow-up emails. This lack of accountability and customer care is a stark contrast to the high-quality service I had come to expect from them in the past. Based on this recent experience, I regretfully cannot recommend them and would advise potential customers to look for alternative services that prioritise timely support and reliable service.

It was aweful. I had been waiting for an invite for 3 hours just to be told “the invite was sent and you were offline” when I was online sitting in Valdrakken waiting the whole time. Then they tried making me wait until the next day for my order. I will not be using Boosthive again.

Bought a run, specified at a specific time which was available on the website. No contact via email and kept me waiting until after the time was up on the website. I understand services get busy, then don't advertise them at that time. Simple. You are the ones advertising specific times, so don't act shocked when people sign up and expect that done at the time they booked. Really poor, respect peoples time. This is unacceptable.

Beware of the scammers. Purchased item lvl boost through mythic dungeons....rather than farming dungeons..these scammers went and used up my sparks to make high item level gear to"boost' their item level and fulfill your order. I was upset the first time, then they went and made 2 items...i told them I was saving them to make my own gear...but they didnt care...deal with someone else

Players in the raid had already cleared bosses which caused no loot to drop in the raid for those that hadn’t. Next time don’t guarantee a service that diminishes the product you’re selling.

Spent $900 and got 6 runs m+ in 3 days. The last run the rogue ninja'd a pair of gloves that were BIS for me and gave them to the tank. I'm convinced a majority of the positive reviews for boosthive are fake. Just as bad as Kingboost, but more expensive. Stay away.

Diablo 4 leveling and tier 4 build "I am very disappointed. The service started off well but ended poorly. I spent around 260€. Initially, they said the service would take 8-10 days, but it was already completed on the 2nd day. looks like they dont work seriously and just want fast money. The character was at level 70, but the equipment was only between levels 60-65. Both the player and the support team claimed that I had changed the build, which is not true. There are even proof videos uploaded by the pro player himself. When I pointed this out, they told me to just forget about it. Never again. It's pointless to argue, and I don't have the energy for it. The boosters and support team are all from Russia. be carefull that they dont ban your account because of the current situation in russia and the world.

Don't buy any piloted services. They do everything to get your account bannend for account sharing, happens to me. First everything was rly good, quick response and the job was finished rly quick and everything looked good... Until the next ban wave came, and I was banned for 1 month for account sharing. Never again, I rather grind this out myself next time.
