Bought a run, specified at a specific time which was available on the website. No contact via email and kept me waiting until after the time was up on the website.
I understand services get busy, then don't advertise them at that time. Simple. You are the ones advertising specific times, so don't act shocked when people sign up and expect that done at the time they booked.
Really poor, respect peoples time. This is unacceptable.
