“Diablo 4 leveling and tier 4 build "I am very disappointed. The service started off well but ended poorly. I spent around 260€. Initially, they said the service would take 8-10 days, but it was already completed on the 2nd day. looks like they dont work seriously and just want fast money. The character was at level 70, but the equipment was only between levels 60-65. Both the player and the support team claimed that I had changed the build, which is not true. There are even proof videos uploaded by the pro player himself. When I pointed this out, they told me to just forget about it. Never again. It's pointless to argue, and I don't have the energy for it. The boosters and support team are all from Russia. be carefull that they dont ban your account because of the current situation in russia and the world.”

“Don't buy any piloted services. They do everything to get your account bannend for account sharing, happens to me. First everything was rly good, quick response and the job was finished rly quick and everything looked good... Until the next ban wave came, and I was banned for 1 month for account sharing. Never again, I rather grind this out myself next time.”

“The boost got me banned from the game. I am a returning player and did not know the policy on boosts for real money had changed. Boosthive did not warn me about this, obviously. The ban is a full month!”

We can assure you that our team is taking all possible security measures to ensure the safety of our customers. But you might want to understand that boosting services, unfortunately, have always had a tiny risk of getting caught. It is clearly described on our site in the Terms of Service section that you agreed with when making an order. Even though the risks are very small, Boosthive always encourages to order selfplay runs and we offer it whenever possible. Most of our products have selfplay options for free without an extra charge. And the most dangerous competitive services (for example, PvP or latest Mythic raids) even have selfplay as a requirement written in the description to ensure 100% safety. We are always on guard during self-play services too. The team never talks about the boost in-game. Active participation (some damage etc.) is welcomed to make the runs don't look like a boost. We also often invite customers via premage groups when we believe it is necessary. Our team is going out of its way to decrease all possible risks. The decisions, investigations, and suspensions made by game administrators are not on our side and do not depend on us. We hope you understand that. “Waited for 3wks to get my run but finally got it thx for the help. Also I left 1 start because I had to push for them to get me a run if they would of told me on their part that they were trying to get me a team I would of given a 4star review. The team was great fast and strait to the point.”

Hello, We do not completely understand the negative side of this review as it doesn't display a real genuine experience. Your boost was started on time and completed within the estimated timeframes. Everything was done according to the descriptions on our website. You purchased Sanctum of Domination heroic run with personal loot mode and it was successfully completed from our side. The only thing is that we've asked you not to use dispell abilities on Ner'zul because it can cause raid falling out from the platform if the dispell is done at the incorrect time. We are absolutely certain that everything was explained in a polite manner.
