I purchased order #149837 which was for a full heroic Amirdrassil run and everything was smooth until fyraak in which raid team wiped multiple times for around 40 mins and then due to time constraints I had to leave and Schedule for another day. The next day which was 7th Dec , they told me I can join the 20:00 CET raid to complete my purchase for the hc fyraak . I was told that the raid leader would inv me once they reached fyraak and I waited 1.5 hours till they did however no invite came despite multiple reminders on discord and website … I am disappointed because I’ve been a regular customer and spent over 300 euros with you guys and even bought last season Sarkereth kill :( . Now I’m very much considering my loyalty elsewhere.. I am still owed my kill and haven’t gotten what I paid for as I’m still missing my promised hc fyraak kill. Update: Through constant follow up , boosthive have come back and solved the issue and even went the extra mile and provided a free mythic 20 boost for the problems and delay which I really appreciate. I’ve already gotten what I paid for plus more . Thanks for the extra generosity for the mistakes.
