I used the discord app / website as instructed by the boosthive employee once I received the confirmation emails of my purchase. While chatting with the customer support person on discord we easily organized a time to do the raid. All I had to do was login slightly ahead of the planned time and wait in-game ( WoW Dragonflight ) for someone to invite me to the raid. The rest was easy and professionally done. They summoned me to the raid and I got the boss kill I needed. I would easily work with boosthive again for my WoW needs , thank you.
