I am a frequent customer, mostly good service
But i wanted to raid on saturday it was full, then he told me to book for sunday so i did.
Sunday when i asked 15 min before the raid for info.
I was told that there where no raids going.
So alot of time wasted and when i asked for a refund he told me it takes a longer time cause of the high volume of refunds.
we talked about compensation, he offered me a cheaper option as compensation and when i wanted a bit more expencive compensation that was not possible.
