I've placed multiple orders with Boosthive and really like the wide variety of services they offer. The communication with the agent after placing an order is usually great and helpful. However, I've noticed that every time I place an order, there's a consistent delay before an agent is assigned. The system often says it's "looking for an agent," but it takes a long time - sometimes several hours - and the timing doesn't always match well with mine. For example, I often get assigned an agent either very early in the morning or late at night in my time zone, which makes coordination difficult. Because of this, my orders are sometimes completed later than expected. I think Boosthive could really improve the experience by assigning agents faster and considering time zone compatibility more carefully.
