I was at home and they just delivered the package at a collecting point instead of coming to my home. They even didn't send me mail mentioning the date of delivery.
Third time this happens. Unfortunately I could not choose which company for delivering the goods.
It's a large parcel and I have no car.
Bpost has no respect at all.
