Paid 38EUR for sending the package with tracking. After 2 weeks no delivery, tracking app said there was no content in the package. Called helpdesk to hear that sometimes the package gets opened by a machine (I closed it properly and sealed it with sellotape so this must be a very special machine). They then asked me to provide within 4 days a proof of sending and the invoice of products that were in the package in order to be reimbursed. Since I am on holidays I can not meet such impossible deadline. This was a second package I tried to send with B-post, success rate is 0, they both went missing. Avoid at any cost.
