If you are expecting a heavy parcel, be ready that Bpost will not deliver it to your home. No matter if you are waiting for the postman at home, he will simply drop your package at the pickup point and later you will get email that you need to get your heavy parcel from pickup point. They did it several times. They do not even bother to leave a note in your mail box. You pay for delivery at home and they do not want to do their work! Very poor service.
