I got an email that my package was going to be delivered that day. It was convenient as I was working online that day. Someone called the intercom and I immediately picked it up, but noone answered. I went downstairs but noone was there. As I returned to my flat I saw an email that apparently my order was just left in a letterbox (I don't even have one). Then it was nowhere to be found. According to their policy, I cannot even contact Bpost myself, I need to ask the sender to do it. That's ridiculous!
