Slow shipping. I ordered from 4 different gear companies over the weekend and all 4 shipped my orders the first morning they were back open. It is now Wednesday and my order is still not shipped. There needs to be more competitive shipping times. UPDATE: The shipping took a bit to update. They called me after I wrote this review and were able to update my shipping and provide tracking. I am receiving the package is less than a week which is good to hear. Good customer service and communication
