“I attempted to make a purchase with Sezzle on the Bulletproof Zone at checkout. The purchase went through inadvertently but not through Sezzle so I got charged the full amount (over $500). Immediately, I canceled the purchase, not even 10 minutes after purchase. I then got an email from them stating that they would cancel the purchase, but would have to charge me a cancelation fee. I cannot imagine what that fee would involve when they did not even have to begin processing my order. They then sent me an email stating that they would just charge me $35 instead of the regular 10% they normally charge. How nice of them. Essentially, they made money on me for nothing. BAD business practice. I know where I will not be making any other purchases for my team.”

“I ordered 7 items on bulletproofzone.com, and they only delivered 6 items to my home in two separate packages. The 7th item has never been shipped to my home. This is a dishonest online business. It took 2 weeks or more to receive my incomplete order, calling their business phone never reach to any one, email to Customer Service several times didn't work out the missing item. Stay clear from this online business to avoid headache.”

“This business is a scam and will be reported to AG of California (not to China lol). It's your responsibility to disclose to customers that you are actually just a money gathering intermediate who neither stores nor produces the product and to provide upfront disclosure that you will ship months later. San Francisco is a high list scamming area”

“Used a coupon code so the price wasn’t as much of a pain as it could’ve been. I know businesses want to make money and this is a safety product so it’s worth it. I do wish there were some more designs in the backpacks that were younger kid friendly, but they’re pretty plain or tactical. I went with two inserts which obviously I hope they never have to use. Seems like a good ‘just in case’ item and the effectiveness sold me.”
