“Used a coupon code so the price wasn’t as much of a pain as it could’ve been. I know businesses want to make money and this is a safety product so it’s worth it. I do wish there were some more designs in the backpacks that were younger kid friendly, but they’re pretty plain or tactical. I went with two inserts which obviously I hope they never have to use. Seems like a good ‘just in case’ item and the effectiveness sold me.”

“I had issues with checking out in 2 ways. 1 was a disappointment but understandable. Waited for the subscription discount and I tried to use “tenfordad” in hopes to receive 20% off and they wouldn’t work together. If I had understood that, I would have ordered a few days earlier. 2nd issue is on the shipping address the state kept charging from Oklahoma to New York. I had to log out and start over and ended up forgetting a few items I had in the cart. Not sure what was going on but I hope this will helps with any updates that needs to be done. Also, I wish there was more photos of the vest I purchased, hopefully it’s what I’m looking for but won’t know till I receive it. Thank you”

“My experience was pretty good all in all, but neither discount code worked for my order, all it said was the code wasn't valid for items in my cart, wouldn't have minded some clarity regarding that, but that's my only complaint.”

“You know based on what I was looking for it sounds like this is exactly what I want. What I didn’t like is when I found your website I was told to subscribe to emails and I would get an offer code for 10% off. I subscribed, got the offer code. Bought a bulletproof backpack for my son who is returning to school after 2 1/2 years due to the pandemic. Put in the offer code and was told that offer codes don’t work on certain items. Spending $280 or whatever it was, wasn’t the best news to hear that An offer code sent by your company only works with certain items. A code sent by me subscribing to your website and emails, it’s not like I got it from one of those coupon code websites. I wasn’t thrilled abouttAn offer code sent by your company only works with certain items. I will say I asked a ton of questions to your customer service rep, who responded to every single one of my questions, answered every question that I asked. Hopefully the backpack never needs to be used what it was made for and purchased for. But it is great to have somewhat of peace of mind.”

“While the experience of purchasing the item was fine, I resent the fact that I even needed to buy a bulletproof board to protect my first grader at school. This is not a decision I should have to make as a parent to keep my child safe. I hope your company is doing your part to keep guns out of the hands of home grown terrorist who are attacking our kids at school.”

“I ordered this product over a week ago and haven't heard anything back. There is no estimated time when they will even ship it. A little transparency would go a long way. Edit 12/29/22 - They got back to me quickly after raising my concerns and gave me a good timeline. Once I get the order I'll update this review with how long it actually took to get along with the fit and quality of the product. Edit 5/10/22 - I got my vest about a month ago. It fits well and is good quality. It's harder to conceal under clothes than I thought but I can understand its hard to hide a half inch block from someone's frame. I bought a loose fitting button up to see if it helped but anyone looking at me from a side view can see it. I plan to use it as a lower to my primary vest to provide extra protection and deflection of the force from a incoming round. Overall I would give the vest an 8/10.”

“Slow shipping. I ordered from 4 different gear companies over the weekend and all 4 shipped my orders the first morning they were back open. It is now Wednesday and my order is still not shipped. There needs to be more competitive shipping times. UPDATE: The shipping took a bit to update. They called me after I wrote this review and were able to update my shipping and provide tracking. I am receiving the package is less than a week which is good to hear. Good customer service and communication”

“I’m very concerned about the safety and construction of my helmet purchased through your website. I purchased the CompassArmor IIIA fast helmet. The helmet I received says 100% plastic and is not marked as ballistic anywhere. It came shipped from China and has no labels identifying it as IIIA or ballistic. It has a value on the shipping label of $10.00. I intended to use this helmet on a live range in the coming weeks, but now I’m uncertain if it is just a bump helmet. Update : BulletProof Zone took several additional steps to mitigate my concerns and present the appropriate documentation demonstrating the helmet’s ballistic rating. While this was initially a jarring receipt, I am more comfortable using this helmet now.”

“The plates I ordered were out of stock, and rather than let me find out the hard way, the staff informed me and recommended a similar set of plates that were in stock. Had them in a week flat, and staff was responsive and helpful via email.”
