“Nothing particularly wrong with the product. Disappointed that the website allows you to select APO/FPO for a shipping address, but then I was later contacted and informed they cannot ship to APO/FPO and they would need a physical address. When I provided my physical address in Europe, it was at that point they explained they could only ship to the US. The only reason I ordered from Bulletproof Zone was because AR500 would not allow me to select APO/FPO address. I was lucky to find a friend who offered to receive the product and ship to me later. Update: Bulletproof Zone reached out to me. I appreciate their effort in trying to correct this. They told me they will update the site to avoid any confusion in the future. Although I may not order anything else while I am overseas, I believe they mean well and definitely put in the effort to correct any inefficiencies in their systems.”

“I ordered a set of RMA plates on 10/31. Got the order confirmation and welcome emails from the website like normal. I believe the lead time was listed for 2-4 weeks when I placed the order so I didn't get a shipping email and wasn't expecting anything for maybe a month. On 11/5 I was wondering where the box on my front porch was from and to my surprise it was my plates. I know RMA makes their stuff stateside, and lists next business day lead times on their site, but I figured I'd be waiting a minute since I ordered through a vendor. Might sound nitpicky to some but I would have liked to have gotten the shipping email. If something had happened to the packaged I wouldn't have even thought to check on it for about a month. Other than that it was a good experience.”

“Great products! Delivery took over 6 weeks but everything did eventually arrive. Could have used a bit more status updates but other than this, very happy with my stuff and prices were reasonable!”

“the reason i give it 2 stars is because i ordered 3 different things all came seperatley, in different shipments about a week apart. there is no reason why it couldnt have come all at once in the same package so it doesnt get lost. i ordered 2 weeks ago and i am still waiting on my last package that hasnt even shipped yet Edit: i have increased to 4 stars because the company reached out to me. they explained they are a drop shipping company and with that naturally are depending on other people to get products out in a timely manner. they are improving their customer expierance and understood my frustration, excelent customer service, very nice lady called and talked to me like i was a normal person. not the usual customer service expierance”

“The product arrived and is awesome, just as expected but the reason for four stars is it took awhile to get here which may be just a sign of the times we are in so Bulletproof zone is awesome in my opinion”

“So I had ordered the Legacy Level IIIA Tactical vest, Slightly smaller then what the male model in the picture is wearing. Received it in the mail, one thing I will say is to take care and ensure the plates that come with the armor is not the same size like the back plate.The front of the body armor measures over 15" inches and the plates they sent with it are 10 inches leaving a massive gap in the front.(This is the Legacy Armor company) In terms of service Bullet proof will assist in ensuring to obtain the proper size as they had reached out to the manufacturer which they finally sent me the proper plate in the front leaving a 1" inch gap. So before you buy on the website, I suggest buying over the phone to eliminate the headache of proper anything. My issue is now resolved with the proper plating.”

“Some items took weeks to arrive. I called about one missing vest and it was delivered the same day along with a water bottle, a bag and other presents. The quality of the items is incredible. Worth the wait !!”
