OK, very fast as in FAST! at three days from order to delivery, although I am close to the location, size is as advertised with lots of attachment points for pads so you can adjust to your liking. I am a borderline XL but the L fits well with plenty of room. My head is narrow side to side so most hats are a bit tight front to back but the padding allows me to get a very comfortable fit.
