Paid my bill and then was harassed for weeks chasing payment. Sent proof of payment and emails, calls and texts stopped for a few days. Emailed customer services who advised these were automated emails, calls and texts and would put a hold on my account until they resolved this their end. Within days this all started up again. Really unprofessional company where the left hand does not talk to the right hand.
