Paid my final bill on 30th of May £789.75 and on 3rd of June got a threatening text saying I hadn't paid the bill I rang them telling them when it was paid and they told me to wait till the following Friday to see if it went through even though I had paid by bank transfer unbelievably one hour later I got a threatening automated call I spoke to a man who couldn't find my account and put me on hold and left me for 21 minutes so I ended the call total armatures who couldn't run a bath
