My reply to Business Stream, after receiving their letter today, threatening to take pass my debt (which doesn't exist) onto a debt collection agency I have just received a final notice to pay, and threatening me with a debt collection agency if I fail to do so - and all for £30.78. My account was credited by £100, due to your continued incompetence at managing my account. I spent 2 complete days at my clinic, waiting for one of your meter readers to turn up, but nobody did. I have been lied to constantly, and quite frankly, treated appallingly. My account is £69.22 in credit, yet you are threatening to add an £82.50+ VAT, AND a £110+ VAT charge to my account. Is there really not one person at Business Stream, how has the capability to manage a simple account? It seems not. Please escalate this as a further complaint. Your behaviour is quite disgusting.
