So far they've taken the payment, sent me a box at a random time, after insisting they will only send around the 15th, that they didnt know they had sent and didn't know what was in it ( concerning when they send you stuff that your dog eats). not taken any responsibility, all though did apologise. Blamed it on Hermes which I told them in advance would fail them and asked they use another corriour for me. they've not really listened to anything I've had to say, not taken responcilbity and they don't offer substantial solutions to problems. I will change this review as and when they fix up.
