I genuinely do not understand the poor reviews. I signed up to Busterbox approximately five years ago for my dog's birthday and we've been with them ever since. They have always been so flexible and accommodating with special requests, such as including a box of small treats when we adopted a smaller dog. The toys are always of excellent quality and they both love the bags of treats. I love that there is always something different too like the dog cookie and cupcake bake kits. I can't imagine the dogs not having their monthly box of surprises. Highly recommended!
