I ordered a box after seeing on Facebook that they were offering a free box for people in the UK and that we paid postage and packing which was £5. When received the box wasn't satisfied, as the monthly cost would be £19.99, I called to ask them to cancel it and they advised that I'd taken a six or twelve month agreement with them and would have to pay £18.99. They advised to return it for a refund, but as its International postage it costs over £6, so asked them for a returns label as their marketing was very misleading. They declined this. I am going to take it up with Trading Standards.
