Ordered what I thought was a one off box for £5.00 via a Facebook ad. 2 days after the box arrived £19.99 was taken from my bank account. I emailed to say I didn't want to subscribe, but was told I had a 6 month subscription! Lots of emails back and forth, and I've ended up paying almost £25.00 for a box of tat. I honestly couldve bought better from the pound shop. They ask what size dog you have, i ticked the "big and burly" option, yet they sent tiny wee training treats, and 2 toys which were destroyed within seconds. I really wish id read reviews before dealing with this company. £25.00 mightnt seem a fortune in the grand scheme of things, but its left me with nothing till pay day.
