Incompetent Customer Service.
If it wasn’t for the products, I would have walked away ages ago!
Screenshots attached show how I complained about their limited shipping costs and they provided a resolution of £15 to shut me up after a month!
Then when I purchased AUD400 worth of products, they say my payment didn’t go through! Even though it’s clearly pending on my credit card!
Avoid needing assistance from their poor customer service team!
