We had some issues with delivery as the information on the website indicated that if the order was placed before 2pm, there would be a next day delivery. When our lawnmower did not come on time or even the following day, we rang up and it appears that there is a charge if you want next day delivery. We felt that this was misleading. It also turned out that our lawnmower was not available and not due in to Campbell Miller Tools until the following week, however, the customer service person we spoke to was very helpful and understanding of our disappointment and arranged for a next day delivery once the lawnmowere arrived with them. I am basing my review on the excellent customer services and the fact that a human being picked up the phone and I did not have to go through layers of longwinded automatic voice messages with hundreds of options
