“Wasn't planning t leave a review, but was promoted to over email...Ordered items on 12 Dec, as they're advertised delivery was 2-3 working days. Items not delivered yet (19 Dec) with tracking showing it's in Scotland still and nowhere near south of England... whether it's a store issue/logistical issue - should not be my problem. Won't trust them again.”

I'm really sorry you've had a bad experience with us. It looks like your order was processed and dispatched on time, and actually arrived 20th Dec. Sadly, around the holidays, delivery times can be a lot longer due to the volume of parcels. This is completely out of our hands. I'm glad the order finally arrived though.
