“Before my purchase I spoke on the phone to check the batteries I already had for a previous mower would work in the new model. This was confirmed so I went ahead with the purchase. My new mower was with me within 36 hours.”

“Not happy. The product arrived without a battery, so i couldn't use it. Apparently, I was sold the product without a battery. So I ordered the battery and have never received conformation of this order, so I don't know if its coming or not. So I still can't use the tool and now I wish to return it.”

“Very disappointing. I ordered shears on 13 April and as of today (30 April) I have not received them and they give a 2-3 day delivery!! I have had to chase this order several times and have now requested a refund as they said they had no more in stock even though I went back in your website and they was showing as in stock!! Considering g I was recommended to you by a friend, I have been so disappointed in the service that I will not be recommending you further.”
