“I have alsways found that CMT are brilliant in all respects, from availability of items, to the lowest prices and the speed of delivery. Recently I had a slight problem with an order, but it was resolved swiftly and professionally. Hugely recommended”

“Good price although the ability to return items without paying a restocking fee is a negative. Was surprised I could order a knife without age verification . Saved me hassle but being middle aged wouldn’t have been a problem . However I would have been happy to do so for everyone’s safety”

“I ordered a Bosch chuck to fit my new Bosch SDS drill. When it arrive I spotted the icon on the box that suggested the chuck was not suitable for hammer drilling. I spoke to someone at CM Tools who said it would be fine! Needless to say the chuck fell apart after about 3 months. I didn't bother returning the chuck as I couldn't face the hassle and realised I had no evidence of the phonecall - regretably i didn't take a name.”

“Excellent service excellent price what more can you want. Ordered a large power saw blade after shopping around found Campbell Miller tools to be the most competitively priced and had the correct type in stock for my machine, by the way it works a treat it is very good quality blade. It arrived on time and was very safely packaged as these things tend to be extremely sharp against the postal wrapping and the price was the best out of many searched during my shopping process. I most defintely will be using Campbell Miller again in the future, well done team keep up the good work. sorry to waffle on I don't normally write reviews so I got a bit carried away.”

Good Afternoon, we're really sorry about the delay in the parcel getting to you. Please note you ordered on a Friday after our order cut off. The order was sent out Monday on time. However sadly due to the delivery company DPD, they delivered a day late. I appreciate this is frustrating but our hands were tied with this. We then refunded you the extra paid for this to be delivered Next Day.

“Ordered on a Tuesday, at 4.22pm recieved 9 days later. 48hr postage, tracking shows that it wasn't given to RM until 5.28pm on the following Tuesday, so RM actually delivered in their timescale, (for once) Slow processing of orders would put me off returning.”
