“Very competetively priced and cheaper and they had the item in stock when many others did not. Campbell MIllertools have now become my one-stop-shop for all my Bosch tools. There was an issue with delivery, but Emily (a real person, not AI) quickly was on top of it and contacted Evri who were handling the delivery. When I tried to contact Evri all I got was bots and AI responses. Despite the deliver snag, I would give Campbell Miller Tools 5 stars all day long, because of how they deal with unforseen problems. Problems can occur in any system, but when they do it takes a real person with discretionary powers to sort them out and that they did.”
