“Had the tool that I wanted in stock. As I was in Glasgow and had never visited the shop before, I thought I would collect it and have a look around the shop to see what else I could buy. Only to be refused entry in to the display area. Over concerns of thefteven though I had just spent over £260. I felt a bit let down”

“Had been searching around for a used Makita dhp481 combi hammer drill. Not too easy to find a good clean example of this legend. People tend to hold on to them. Likely due to later models losing the second dedicated torque settings ring. Then I noticed Campbell Miller had one. Looked clean from the photos and apparently in excellent working order. I ordered it and it arrived quickly and is indeed in excellent working order. Very pleased.”
