“I ordered an item on the 8th of February and still haven't received it. I have been in communication with an employee but he has failed to sort the issue out asking me to wait 72 hours for an update then today asking me to wait a further 4 days. It's terrible service and I have had to order the item elsewhere with out a refund.”

“I purchased a charger from them which turned out to be the wrong one so I sent it back and they have been trying for a while to find the right one unfortunately they couldn't find one so they gave me a refund with no problem at all can't fault their service”

“Prompt despatch as ordered before 2pm, Evri told me part would be delivered Monday morning as parcel was at local depot and would be out for delivery that morning, nothing arrived, checked my phone tracking and they said would now be delivered the following day. Was disappointed as wanted to finish job. Would have prefered it if had used Royal Mail as my postman is reliable and here early every morning”
