“Not happy. The product arrived without a battery, so i couldn't use it. Apparently, I was sold the product without a battery. So I ordered the battery and have never received conformation of this order, so I don't know if its coming or not. So I still can't use the tool and now I wish to return it.”

“Very disappointing. I ordered shears on 13 April and as of today (30 April) I have not received them and they give a 2-3 day delivery!! I have had to chase this order several times and have now requested a refund as they said they had no more in stock even though I went back in your website and they was showing as in stock!! Considering g I was recommended to you by a friend, I have been so disappointed in the service that I will not be recommending you further.”

“I ordered a lawn mower from Campbell and miller, but had a query if this particular mower had a rear roller. I was told no and got a refund straight away, however upon inspection with other sellers of the same product. The mower in fact does have a rear roller. Maybe a bit more knowledge is required about the products you are selling.”

“Ordered item online and it stated 2-3 working days delivery. After 5 working days I contacted Campbell miller about this I was supposed to get a call back on the Monday with to where the item was on one called. After 8 working day item has still turned up I have now cancelled the order and purchasing elsewhere as I cannot afford to waste any more time.”

“I ordered an item on the 8th of February and still haven't received it. I have been in communication with an employee but he has failed to sort the issue out asking me to wait 72 hours for an update then today asking me to wait a further 4 days. It's terrible service and I have had to order the item elsewhere with out a refund.”
