Very disappointing. I ordered shears on 13 April and as of today (30 April) I have not received them and they give a 2-3 day delivery!! I have had to chase this order several times and have now requested a refund as they said they had no more in stock even though I went back in your website and they was showing as in stock!! Considering g I was recommended to you by a friend, I have been so disappointed in the service that I will not be recommending you further.
