Tires shipped right away. Not to my shipping address but to shippers warehouse. I was phoned and told to pick up. I live 3 hours round trip and 240 kms round trip from warehouse. Capital Auto Parts requested my experience with shipping and I explained my dissatisfaction. They never followed up.
