“I bought 4 brand new snow tires and 4 brand new steel rims and 4 tire sensors. When my garage went to install the tires on the rims my mechanic told me that 1 of the steel rim was bent and also he could not install the tire sensors. When I called Capital to tell them the problem about the rim and sensors they said if the tire was installed on the rim then they can't take it back and because my mechanic doesn't have the tool to install these sensors they said it's not my fault. So they won't let me return the bent rim and they won't let me return the sensors. So beware when going to deal with outfit. I will never ever buy from them again and will be telling my friends to stay away. Great people skills and great way to run a business.”

“Brian sold me wheels for my Nissan that he confirmed in writing that fit, but and they do not fit. He refused to return them saying no refunds once mounted, and told me to fit spacers instead. How can you trust a business that says one thing, but ends up being incorrect, and then refuses to take responsiblity for their error? I am stuck with a bill for $1800 for a product that was not as described to me.”

“Despite the item qualifying for free shipping, Capital Auto Parts request I pay for additional shipping charges despite the invoice saying free shipping. After disputing this and asking for my money back, I was never able to get in contact with anyone through phone or email. After a month of waiting for a response, I had to dispute the charges with my credit card provider. Be warned about the non existent customer service and the company scamming you for additional shipping charges. I will never be doing business with this Capital Auto Parts again.”

“Do not do buy anything from this company unless you know exactly what you want. I chose rims that were listed as fitting my vehicle using their website. They did not fit. When I contacted this company I was given a run around and never given a clear answer on if I could get a refund. This is not a good company. Avoid it unless you are sure on your parts.”

“The wheels are not strong, within a few months all wheels have bent, I have tried to have them professionally repaired but they are weak and cannot keep their original shape. Definitely spend money elsewhere, these are cheap and worthless.”

“Hi there; Cannot say enough about the Excellent Service and Pricing. My Order was shipped the same day ordered and even with the New Years Holiday, my Shipment arrived quickly as forecast. “Second time I've ordered from CAP. First time I ordered wrong tires. CAP had tires returned and exchanged/sent me new tires without any extra charge. This time I was told that tires I want were on backorder. Thought I would have to wait a while but only took an extra 10 days or so. Will definitely order from CAP again.”

“Screwed up delivery twice and still waiting for credit of returned tire after a month. Your question regarding time of delivery says it all. A month is not acceptable for a necessary item.”
