Despite the item qualifying for free shipping, Capital Auto Parts request I pay for additional shipping charges despite the invoice saying free shipping. After disputing this and asking for my money back, I was never able to get in contact with anyone through phone or email. After a month of waiting for a response, I had to dispute the charges with my credit card provider. Be warned about the non existent customer service and the company scamming you for additional shipping charges. I will never be doing business with this Capital Auto Parts again.
