“The tire is perfect. The shipper Ken par was not reliable. It sat in the Edmonton warehouse for two days. I went and checked and picked it up by myself. Not happy that I had to pay 16 additional dollars. Unfortunately I can’t have the tire done for another four days because of the holiday. I do like the tire service option though.”

“Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Not sure if I spoke to the owner on the phone, but whoever it was, did an amazing job of explaining things I asked about. He was not condescending like some are toward women in mechanical matters. Wonderful experience. Ordered winter tires online and they arrived today. Canpar courier placed them into the open garage as I was out back. By the time I came out he had already stacked them inside by the door. This is the best experience I’ve had. Will add to my review after the tires are put through the test of winter.”
