They say free shipping, I live only 10 hours away from Ottawa, considered remote location, I buy 4 tire almost $1500 bucks, then after order place they ask for an additional $165 dollars for shipping I had to dish out for my order. Who to blame Capital Auto or the shipping carriers for false advertising ?
