Ordered 4 Autobahn Black rims and on first order 2 out of 4 had paint defects on front face?? The 2 replacement rims sent were defective too. Told Kirby to inspect before shipping replacements and the 1st 2 replacements were not inspected. Capitals standard policy must include inspection before sending replacements. One good thing about Capital is they did not give up until the customer got what he paid for. Lots of haste for a customer.
