I was pleased to find that your site had the best price on the pair of specific tires I was after. Unfortunately, it wasn't until after I placed my order that I found out that they only had one tire in stock, and would have to get one from back east, this resulted in the delivery process taking alot longer than was promised. When the tires did arrive, they were not wrapped for transport in any way, which resulted in some of the lettering being partially scuffed and worn off. This is a bummer, because I want to have the lettering facing out old school, and now I have to buy one of those expensive tire lettering pens from somewhere. It was sure be nice if maybe you guys could send me one of those pens for free? Considering how much I paid for these tires, that doesn't seam like an unreasonable request on my part. That would also be in the realm of, "Great customer service". Burn it out, ALC.
