AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF USING A BUY A GIFT VOUCHER.
We had our experience booked and then 2 days prior it was cancelled due to the car failing its safety checks. The company will now not re-book us as the voucher will be 'out of date'. Absolutely not our fault that the car failed its safety checks but we have to miss out. Customer service is absolutely disgusting.
