Awful. Zero customer service. Happily took my money for photos that I didn't not get sent. Will not reply to emails. Waited over an hour just to sign in. Then another 2 hours before getting to drive the car. Told photos and video will be taken. Video didn't come out. Took over 30mins for the man to find the photos, then I get home and they havnt even been sent and they won't reply. Never had this issue with Everyman before. I will never recommend car chase heroes or ever return again. Back to everyman for us. Even if it is further away.
