A local oversight left me off the list that authorized access to the CareerCert courses, so I paid for a program to gain the access. When I found out I could gain access through the local license/program, I contacted CareerCert directly. A CareerCert representative contacted me the next day, reversed the charge for the program I had purchased, and granted me access to the CareerCert library, which I used extensively to complete my EMT re-cert application.
