Their EMS Course Library is incredibly frustrating. You'll frequently come across bugs that crash the course requiring you to reopen. The tests are behind a timer that seems to align with their perceived assumption of when you should finish the course. However, the timer is only active if that specific course is open, and will pause if you leave the window. Sitting here waiting for an intermittent timer to tick down is infuriating. Then there are courses that wont open at all because the initial screen says you have not done something, but the course doesn't fully load so you can't complete what it wants you to finish. The courses themselves are read by a computer voice that is not great. The material is basic, and quite generic. In all, I really wish my agency worked with a different company for CEUs.
